PhDify.com is one of the older writing services we have reviewed. It has been in this business for 13 years. And there is certainly a lot of information all over the web, given its long history. We have looked at all of our regular factors in putting together this PhDify review. We studied the information on the website, including testimonials; we searched the web for customer reviews and comments; we read through several blog articles; and we ordered a dissertation-related piece ourselves. Here is our summary.

Products and Services

The name, PhDify, indicates that the company provides products and services to students who are working on their PH.D.’s. This is true, but it also offers all sorts of other academic products and services for students at college study levels. We find this odd, because all of the PhDify.com website content relates to dissertation help. There is a single link to “Write my Essay,” and there is more explanation of products – primarily essays and research papers, although there is the option of “other” on the order form.

Website quality

The PhDify site is full of content about dissertation writing help – almost too full. The home page is crowded. There are links to dissertation help, dissertation consultation, dissertation editing, and “Write my Essay.” Each of the links loads quickly and provides more detailed information.

But website quality is also about the actual writing quality. In this case, it is poor and obviously ESL-written. For a site that promises to provide highest quality dissertation assistance to English-speaking students, this is not a good sign.

Quality of Products and Services

We look at several factors here – the quality of content writing, the blog articles, customer reviews, and our own experience in receiving a product. PhDify is a disappointment all the way around.

• We’ve already stated that the writing quality on the site is poor
• The blog articles reflect very poor writing quality as well
• Customer reviews are quite negative. Either they did not get what they wanted, instructions were not followed, or the resources used were of low quality. In most all instances, they complained about the grammar and composition, which was clearly inferior.
• We ordered a dissertation proposal and provided the topic, the research question, and even a brief listing of what was to be included. What we got back was a research paper on the topic, not a proposal.

While this company may not be a total fraud or scam, it is obvious that its quality control is absent, and its writing quality very poor. We could not find a BBB membership, although there were some complaints registered on that organization’s site.

Prices and Discounts

Customers will find out prices only after they go through the ordering process. There is no method of calculating costs in advance. There are not discounts posted on the site, and certainly no promo code for a first-time customer. We asked customer support about that and were told that occasionally customers can ask for and receive coupon codes for discounts if their orders are lengthy. They do have to ask for them, however. Who would know even to ask?

Extra Features

The only “extra” features we found were the promise of non-plagiarized work and revisions if requested.

Conclusion

We usually list the pros & cons of the writing services we review. In this case, there are, unfortunately, only cons. The quality of writing is poor; writers do not follow instructions and are obviously not ENL experts as the website claims. We cannot recommend this service and are giving it a rating of “Poor.”
