To gather this information on Master Paper Writers, we looked at several things – the information provided by the company on its website, customer reviews we have been able to locate on social media and other places, price comparisons, benefits and perks, and the results of our own experiences with the company.

Website Quality

The Masterpaperwriters landing page summarizes the services and benefits for students. The focus is solely on academic writing – essays, papers, other coursework assignments, theses, and dissertations. Drilling down into these services, primarily by way of the drop down menu on the order form, a customer can see that the product offerings are comprehensive.

Other links on the site pull up pages on prices, contact information, a blog, the order form, and login.

What is missing from the site content is information about the writing staff. We would like to have seen some information about the methods by which writers are employed and want credentials are required.

Quality of Products and Services

Masterpaperwriters.com has not published any sample writings on its site. In order to judge product quality, then, we have had to rely on customer comments and responses to the products that have received. Further, we ordered a research paper and were then able to assess quality of that product.

• Reviews from customers are very mixed. The testimonials on the site are very complimentary; however, off-site feedback and comments are not so. Many customers state that the writing was bad, that it was obviously crafted by foreigners, and some criticized the resources as being inferior for their professors’ expectations/requirements.
• The research paper we received had similar problems. Not only was the composition poor, but there were structural issues that created an illogical flow. In order to achieve the eight pages, information was repeated in separate places, resulting in lack of coherence.
• There is a blog on the Master Paper Writers site, and we reviewed several of the articles. The English grammar and composition is better; however, the content is quite thin, such as telling students that they will study better if they take a break and go outside. There is not much new information or engaging text for readers.

The customer support department is available 24 hours a day, and we took advantage of this to contact that department three times. We called to discuss dissertation work on one occasion, to ask questions about research paper production, and finally to request revisions. We were not provided with much detail; however, one rep told us we could get a full dissertation in 7 days for $3,598.00.

Masterpaperwriters is not a fraud or scam. It delivers written products based upon customer orders and delivers them on time. Our concern is for quality. And Master Paper Writers does not hold a BBB membership.

Prices and Discounts

The company pricing is in the low-average range. Our paper was $119.92. New customers receive 15% discounts with a promo code entered in the order form. We did not find any other discounts or promised coupon codes for special pricing.

We also noticed that, while per-page pricing differs by academic level, it does not by type of product. Thus, a basic essay at the graduate level is priced the same as a thesis proposal.

Extra Features

We were not charged for our title page or bibliography. And revisions are free as well.

There are also two levels of products offered – standard and premium. According to the site information, better, more experienced writers are assigned the premium orders.

Conclusion

In considering the pros & cons of this writing service, we do find quality to be the biggest issue. And providing more information about writers, along with samples of their writing, would enhance the website and perhaps its reputation. We give Mater Paper Writers an overall rating of “Fair.”
