We are not certain exactly how long Grade Miners has been in the writing service business, but there is a significant amount of “buzz” about the company online – enough that we determined it was appropriate to conduct a full review of the quality of products and services, so that students may have objective and factual information as they make decisions. In conducting our GradeMiners.com review, we considered the information that the company provides on its website, any sample writings that are made available on that website, testimonials present on the site, as well as customer reviews that we have found elsewhere on the Internet. We also ordered a research paper form the company in order to gauge the quality of research and writing that GradeMiners writers produce. All of these elements have resulted in the review that follows:

Products and Services

There is a lot of content on the Grade Miners website relative to the products and services it offers. Unfortunately, the quality of that content, in terms of English grammar, punctuation and word usage is very poor. If, indeed the company is using only native English-speaking writers with graduate degrees in their fields, we have to wonder why the site text is so poorly written.

Nevertheless, the company offers all types of academic writing products and services to all levels of students, starting with basic essays at for high schoolers and ending with full dissertation writing for Ph.D. candidates. Services also include editing and proofreading as well as admissions and personal statement essays.

Website Quality

The website does not hold a great deal of detail. In fact, there are only four links to landing pages on the site. There are also footer pages that include the company policies and some individual pages relative to products. Those footer pages contain very limited information about the product themselves.

As stated above, the composition quality of the GradeMiners site content is consistently poor and filled with word usage errors that indicate foreign writing.

Quality of Products and Services

There are no sample essays or papers on the site, nor is there a blog to assess and evaluate the quality of writing that is produced by GradeMiners.com writers. We therefore had to rely on the customer reviews we could find as well as an assessment of the research paper we received.

There is a lot of “bad press” out there about Grade Miners. Customer complain about poor quality of writing, resources that are not cited properly, deadlines missed, and a lot of hassle in getting requested revisions completed. These comments and feedback do not bode well for the company.

We received our research paper on time, but, for a college level work, it was not up to expectations. There were structural errors, lack of a thesis statement, poor transitions between paragraphs and just some glaring grammatical errors. All in all, our Grade Miners rating of quality is “Poor.”

We can say that Essay Miners is not a fraud or a scam, but we cannot go beyond that. As well, we cannot find any BBB membership, or any affiliation with any other writing services organization.

Price and Discounts

Prices are on the low side. Our 8-page research paper was $119.70 before adding a promo code for a 15% discount for new customers. There are no other discounts published on the site except for bonus money put on account toward future orders, based upon the amount spent. If a customer subscribes to the company email, s/he will get periodic coupon codes for discounts.

Extra Features

We found no extra features offered on the site, except for a promise of free revisions. It does not appear that they are charging for title pages.

Conclusion

This company has a lot of work to do if it intends to establish a solid reputation in this industry. As we look at pros & cons, we find little that is praiseworthy. At this time, we cannot recommend Essay Miners to students who want high quality products and services.
