Quality of Products and Services

Samples we reviewed on the site were all written at the high school level, other than one book review which has appeared on at least two other sites we have reviewed. There was also a business plan sample that was certainly acceptable. 

We had to rely on customer feedback and comments in order to really judge quality. Testimonials that EssayShark has published on its site are all positive, as we would expect. However, some users of our site have used this writing service and contributed feedback to us; as well, there is customer feedback on other review sites and on social media. We looked at all of it.

The verdict of customers seems to be a bit mixed and also seems to depend upon the individual writer selected. Some customers were pleased with their first orders but then disappointed in subsequent ones. The one piece of power a customer has, though, is that the writer does not receive payment until the customer approves of the final product. Prices range from low to above average for the industry. Bids for one customer’s 8-page paper ran from $110.00 – to $140.00.

Extra Features

The website, as stated, is a clearinghouse and, as such, offers no additional benefits or features to customers. Customers who have unique requests must take those up during negotiations with their writers. As well, we were unable to find a BBB membership or any other organizational memberships.

Conclusion

Customers do receive the products they order and usually within the timeframe they have set with their writers. In this respect, EssayShark.com is certainly reliable and in no way a fraud or scam.

In making payment for orders, customers can also feel safe. The company uses a third-party SSL-certified processor, and that keeps financial information secure.
