EssayAgents.com opened its doors 10 years ago, according to the company website, and we have found information related to the company that goes back to 2009. We are providing this Essay Agents review after the receipt of several requests from our site users. We have used all of our standard measures for evaluating the agency – a thorough study of the website, testimonials on that site, customer reviews and comments posted in various places on the web, our experiences with the customer support department, pricing, benefits, and an evaluation of a research paper we ordered. Products and Services

The focus of this company is on college academic products, from essays to Ph.D. dissertations, for U.S. and UK students. There are listing of various products all over the website and a full listing in the drop-down menu of the order form. It is comprehensive.

Website Quality

This is the first of several issues we have with this company. The site itself is just loaded with information and content, but it is not well-organized. Links to certain things are not really correct. For example, there is a link to “dissertation resources” that, when clicked provides information on a dissertation proposal and then a sales pitch to order one. Several other links we tried did the same thing. It appears that EssayAgents is trying to pack so much into its site that it does nothing well.

The other issue relates to the writing itself. Parts of the content seem to be well-written and then the grammar and composition falls off into an ESL-looking piece.

Quality of Products and Services

As we read through the website, we were struck by the poor level of composition, despite the fact that the company claims to have only native English-speaking graduate-degreed writers.

The blog articles reflect the same poor level of English composition – poor sentence structure and incorrect word usage – typical of ESL writers.

Customer reviews are not good either. There are complaints about quality of writing and resources. ESL students are more satisfied.

The samples, when we finally found them were not well-written either.

The paper we ordered from Essayagents.com was pretty much a disaster. It had no thesis statement, and the points were not supported by research data. In fact, the resources would possibly be appropriate for a high school paper. One was even a textbook. In all, it was disappointing.

EssayAgents is not a fraud or scam. The company does deliver ordered products and payment methods are secure. While there are some registered complaints on the BBB website, there is no membership.

Prices and Discounts

Pricing is provided during the ordering process. The company states that its products’ prices begin at $10/page and go up to $20/page at the Ph.D. level, with a 14-day deadline. Our paper, 8 pages with a 7-day deadline, was priced at $146.01, about average for the industry. Essay Agents has a link to “prices and discounts,” but no discounts or coupon codes for them were posted. There is a promo code for a 15% newcomer discount.

Extra Features

There are no unique benefits or features. The company promises plagiarism-free writing and free revision – that’s it.

Conclusion

We like to list pros & cons of writing services we review, but in this case, we really only see cons. The writing quality is not good; the website is dis-organized; and some of the company claims are obviously exaggerated. We are giving this agency a rating of “Fair-to-Poor.” We certainly do not recommended it.
